This is a automation assembly machine for bottom-housing of fire-smoke-detector. The working procedure of the machine is like below: 1)Manually upload plastic housing to the material stocking stand: each time with 300pcs, 12minutes per uploading. In other words, the assembly speed is 300pcs/ 12minutes. 2)Automatically upload the plastic housing to the working table. 3)Automatically upload the screws and the ground lug. 4)Automatically input the screws into plastic housing. In this step, it includes automatic CCD checking for the threads. 5)Automatically input ground lug. 6)Automatically screws the screws. In this step, it includes intelligent controller to monitor the working data like: twisting force, twisting force circles, twisting speed. 7)Automatically checking and inspecting the assembled components and discharge accordingly.
